How do I choose a size?
Every product has an individual garment size table in centimeters and inches. Compare it with a jacket you already own, allowing for the stated silhouette.
Where do you ship?
All 50 United States and Washington, D.C. Overseas territories and APO/FPO military addresses are excluded.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on all orders. We do not offer expedited shipping.
When will my order arrive?
Handling is 1–2 business days; transit after dispatch is an estimated 3–4 business days. Total estimated delivery is 4–6 business days from the applicable processing start. Orders at or after 7:00 PM fixed UTC−06:00, on weekends or U.S. federal holidays begin processing the next business day. Arrival is not guaranteed.
Can I return an item?
Request authorization within 30 days of receipt. Change-of-mind items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in original condition and packaging, with tags attached if supplied. Customer-paid returns go to our address in Italy.
What if an item is damaged or incorrect?
Contact support with your order number and details. We pay return shipping for defects, damage or our errors; ordinary change-of-mind conditions do not limit these claims.
When will I receive an approved refund?
Funds are returned to the original payment account within 10 days of approval. Bank posting times may vary. No restocking fee applies.
How do I care for my jacket?
Read the care instructions on your product page. Reflective coatings, nylon shells, ribbed trims and padded layers have different care needs. Avoid ironing reflective surfaces.
How are payment and order status confirmed?
Payment and order confirmations must reflect the verified payment and order status. Contact support for questions about an existing transaction.
