30-day return window

Request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For a change-of-mind return, clothing must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in its original condition and packaging, with tags attached if supplied.

Return shipping and fees

For damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied items, celleztiq pays the return shipping cost. Contact us to arrange the appropriate solution; ordinary change-of-mind condition requirements do not prevent claims for these issues. For a change of mind, the customer pays return postage to our address in Italy. No restocking fee applies.

Refunds

After a refund is approved, the funds will be returned to the original payment account within 10 days. Your bank or payment provider’s posting time may vary. Contact us if you need assistance with a return or refund.
